Changes to your appointment and cancellation policy

I understand that life sometimes means we are unable to commit to prior arrangements and I will always do my best to accommodate a change to your appointment. Please contact me within 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellation fee

​

Less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the cost of the treatment booked. 

'Not attended' appointments will be charged at 100% of the cost of the treatment booked. 

​

Arriving late

 

Treatment time will be shortened in the event of arriving late, this allows me to keep to my booking schedule.

 

All fees and changes to your appointment time will be at the discretion of The Body Works Massage Therapy.
